Every year, IMISCOE organises a summer- or winterschool for PhD's in the field of migration, integration and social cohesion studies. These PhD schools involve training in relevant theoretical frameworks in these fields, but also methodological training and specific modules aimed at publication and PhD strategies.
Training is often provided by key scholars from our research field, providing the PhD's a rare opportunity to work together with some of the leading researchers on migration and integration. Participation is open to anyone that is engaged in a PhD trajectory. PhD's from IMISCOE member institutes receive a discount on their participation fee.
Very successful PhD schools have been organised.
