Introducing MigranTea

04.10.2021

The Standing Committee on Migrant Transnationalism (MITRA) is happy to announce MigranTea – informal sessions for PhDs candidates, working on the field of migrant transnationalism, to present their research and exchange ideas.

The MigranTea sessions will be an opportunity for PhD students to share their research projects, tackle theoretical and methodological questions, as well as to network with other candidates working in the field of migrant transnationalism. For this, we will first hold a session to get to know each other and our research objectives on October 4th at 13.00 (CET).

Then, and following a call for abstracts, we will hold informal presentations, where candidates will be encouraged to share their work, present their research and bring their own questions to the table. We will also ask for volunteers to act as discussants and to moderate these research sessions.

All PhD candidates researching migrant transnationalism are welcome to participate in the MigranTea sessions!
